A couple of months have now passed since I received my "IDEAL" kitchen and I want to convey the wonderful satisfaction that I experience each time that I use it. This satisfaction is due not only to the beautiful, quality KraftMaid cabinetry and other products which were installed, but to the pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable service that I received from your company during the entire process.
As you know, I conducted quite a bit of research and visited several cabinet and kitchen companies before discovering IDEAL. While that previous research served me well, I have to say in hindsight that I wish I had discovered your company at the earlier part of the process. Both my initial phone contact and first extensive visit to your showroom facility were very positive and pleasant.
Your great personality, candor and sense of humor made working together a pleasure while also reducing my potential stress as we moved along in the process and I appreciated your knowledge and assistance in answering my questions and providing very useful suggestions for my particular plans. Promptness in responding to my phone calls, questions and concerns made it seem as if I were the only customer that you had at the time, which certainly was not the case.
The installation process was simply amazing; started on time, carried out skillfully and completed quickly with great attention to detail and with a minimum amount of disruption. All members of your team were great during the installation. They were courteous, friendly and skilled and were a pleasure to have in my home. In fact, the skilled and efficient way in which they worked, both in their areas of the project and together as a team, while anticipating each other's needs during the process, was frankly quite a beautiful thing to watch.
I value first impressions and I had a very good and comfortable feeling about IDEAL which started at that first showroom visit and continued to stay with me through the completion of the installation.

The work done by your company, Ideal Kitchen and Bath, remodeling my kitchen and two of my bathrooms has been completed and I am taking this opportunity to tell you how thoroughly delighted I am. The finished transformation is more pleasing than I could have imagined.
Your staff, starting with Bob Mader, Bobby Madert, along with Kevin and Jerry and the father and son Steins were a pleasure to work with, as were others who contributed. All of the workers from Ideal represented you so effectively. I feel they each reflect what must be your business philosophy and, by extension, Ideal’s.
All of your people came when they said they would; did their work professionally, cleaned up after themselves, disposed of whatever trash and debris had been created and were so very pleasant as they did it. The fact that I live at the end of a very long hallway on the 16th floor of a high rise building is a lot more challenging to them than pulling into the driveway of a single family home, but they went about doing what needed to be done without complaint or comment. For myself, I was able to go out with a free mind, leaving them working in my apartment and finding that everything was just fine when I returned. If they left before I got back, they locked up and either left the key at the front desk or retained it until they returned the next day, whichever we had decided.
They were professional and extremely personable, and the upheaval that I had anticipated was much less intrusive than I had expected. Thank you for running a company that provided me an IDEAL experience.

The kitchen is PERFECT!!! Everything came together...the colors and the textures are just right. And, having lived in it for a few weeks, I can tell you that it is beautifully functional. In fact, I can’t believe we fit so much function into such a small space. I plan to send you "finished" pictures after the painter comes....and after we have our new kitchen table.
The fridge is fantastic, and having that extra 6 inches totally opens the walkway to the dining room. The existing floor survived the whole project unblemished, and it actually ties in to the rest of the kitchen very well. The backsplash is super, and provides so much texture and depth without screaming too much color...I am so appreciative that you showed me the tumbled marble, because I think it is the perfect companion to the smooth countertop. It all just works so well!
